This t-shirt changed my life. I still remember the day I released it. I had this design for a while, but I just didn’t have the colorway for it yet. One morning it just finally hit me. I was in bed, and I was like, WAIT, I haven’t done anything with yellow ink on my vintage black T-shirt yet. This design instantly came to my mind. I jumped out of bed and rushed to work, super excited. I got the screen ready for the design to print and started mixing ink. I mixed white with gold, and I ended up with this light creamy yellow. I printed it, and I just remember looking at it. I could feel something different about this one. I ended up taking the picture you see here, and I posted it. You guys started buying it online instantly. I was like WOAH. That’s interesting. I then had two of my friends show up an hour after I posted it at the same time, and both of them had the same intention to see this t-shirt. It’s like it was a magnet. That’s when I knew. This t-shirt was different. It then went on to take our brand to a whole other level we’ve never been to. I’d always seen other brands have that one t-shirt blow them up. Since I started my brand, I always wondered which one it was going to be for us, and sure enough, it was this one right here. We went on to sell 1000’s of these, probably over 100,000+ at this point.

I just wanted to give you guys the backstory on this one. Also to let you guys know, we will be discontinuing this colorway at the end of May and putting it down to rest on May 31st.

To all my creators out there. It really does just take one time to get it right. ONE TIME. That’s it.
